keine Creme!\u201d Doch das stimmt so pauschal nicht. Das eigentliche Problem sind bestimmte Inhaltsstoffe in manchen Cremes \u2013 nicht Windelcreme an sich. Wer wei\u00df, worauf er achten muss, kann beides problemlos kombinieren.<\/p><h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold\">Diese Inhaltsstoffe k\u00f6nnen Stoffwindeln schaden<\/h2><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Einige Wirkstoffe in herk\u00f6mmlichen Wundschutzcremes bilden einen wasserabweisenden Film auf den Fasern der Stoffwindel. Dieser Film l\u00e4sst sich oft nicht vollst\u00e4ndig herauswaschen und beeintr\u00e4chtigt langfristig die Saugf\u00e4higkeit.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Besonders kritisch sind:<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>Petrolatum (Vaseline):<\/strong> Der h\u00e4ufigste \u00dcbelt\u00e4ter. Petrolatum ist ein Mineral\u00f6lprodukt, das Synthetikfasern \u00fcberlagern und versiegeln kann. Bei Naturmaterialien wie Baumwolle oder Hanf l\u00e4sst es sich mit einer guten Waschroutine meist noch herauswaschen \u2013 bei Mikrofaser oder Polyester bleibt es h\u00e4ufig haften.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>Mineral\u00f6le allgemein:<\/strong> \u00c4hnlich wie Petrolatum k\u00f6nnen andere Mineral\u00f6lderivate die Fasern beschichten und die Wasserdurchl\u00e4ssigkeit dauerhaft reduzieren.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>Zinkoxid in hoher Konzentration:<\/strong> In normaler Dosierung ist Zinkoxid kein Problem. In sehr hoher Konzentration, wie in manchen speziellen Wundschutzpasten, kann es sich in den Fasern festsetzen.<\/p><h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold\">Diese Inhaltsstoffe sind unbedenklich<\/h2><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Die gute Nachricht: Viele moderne Windelcremes \u2013 besonders aus dem Naturkosmetikbereich \u2013 verzichten auf okklusive Mineral\u00f6lprodukte und sind damit gut mit Stoffwindeln vertr\u00e4glich.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Unbedenklich sind unter anderem:<\/p><ul class=\"[li_&]:mb-0 [li_&]:mt-1 [li_&]:gap-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3\"><li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Pflanzliche \u00d6le (Mandel\u00f6l, Kokos\u00f6l, Jojoba\u00f6l)<\/li><li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Calendula-Extrakte<\/li><li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Panthenol (Dexpanthenol)<\/li><li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Zinkoxid in normaler Dosierung<\/li><li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Sheabutter und andere Pflanzenbutter<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Cremes auf Naturkosmetik-Basis wie die Weleda Calendula Wundschutzcreme oder \u00e4hnliche Produkte gelten in der Stoffwindel-Community als gut vertr\u00e4glich.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section Wundschutzcreme verwenden musst, gibt es eine unkomplizierte L\u00f6sung: <strong>Windelvlies<\/strong> (auch Liner oder Fleece-Liner genannt).<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Das d\u00fcnne Vlies wird einfach zwischen Babyhaut und Einlage gelegt.
